1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website and requesting services from Aloha Auto Logistics, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

Aloha Auto Logistics provides professional vehicle transportation and relocation services. Our services include open transport, enclosed transport, door-to-door delivery, and inter-island Hawaiian transport. We partner with licensed carriers and logistics providers to fulfill transport requests.

3. Booking and Quotes

Quotes provided are estimates based on information you provide. Final pricing may vary based on actual vehicle condition, pickup/delivery location accessibility, and carrier availability. All quotes are valid for 7 days unless otherwise specified.

4. Vehicle Condition Requirements

Vehicles must be in safe operating condition for transport. Requirements include:

• Vehicle must be drivable or have specialized equipment available
• No leaking fluids or mechanical issues that could damage other vehicles
• Fuel tank should be at 1/4 tank or less
• For electric vehicles, battery charge should be 30% or less
• No personal items or belongings inside the vehicle

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon confirmation of pickup details and carrier assignment. We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and other payment methods as agreed. Late payment may result in service cancellation.

6. Cancellation and Modifications

Cancellations and modifications are permitted up to 7 days before scheduled pickup, subject to a 5% adjustment fee of the total transport cost. After this period, all fees are non-refundable. The 5% fee may be credited toward rebooking if applicable.

7. Insurance and Liability

All vehicles are fully insured during transport. Coverage includes cargo protection from pickup to delivery. However, we are not responsible for:

• Pre-existing damage or mechanical issues
• Damage caused by acts of nature or force majeure
• Damage to personal items inside the vehicle
• Delays caused by weather, traffic, or carrier issues beyond our control

8. Pickup and Delivery

We will make reasonable efforts to meet scheduled pickup and delivery dates. However, we cannot guarantee exact dates due to carrier schedules, weather, and other factors. Customers are responsible for providing accurate pickup and delivery addresses and ensuring vehicle access.

9. Vehicle Title and Documentation

For vehicles titled to a business entity, a notarized letter of authorization from an authorized principal is required before transport, particularly for ocean freight portions. Customers are responsible for providing all necessary documentation.

10. Third-Party Carriers

We partner with licensed carriers including Matson, Pasha Hawaii, and other major transport providers. These carriers have their own terms and conditions, which you agree to comply with. Ocean freight is subject to the carrier's terms and conditions.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aloha Auto Logistics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes may be subject to binding arbitration or legal proceedings in Hawaii.

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Hawaii, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
